I hate Hayes, but that doesn't stop them from being #2 in modem sales.

No standards problems at all. USRX will be able to adjust to WHATEVER the standard is.

Acer is supporting x2. (so is Dell/Packard Bell/Gateway) they sell more computers than all the guys you listed combined.

ROK chipsets will be in sparse supply.

Assend has been losing market share to USRX for awhile now.
