Corporate Update
William J. Van der Merwe, Vice President, Finance, of Consolidated Silver Tusk
Mines Ltd. (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that the following persons were
elected to its Board of Directors through the Annual General Meeting held on June
25th, 1999.
Mr. Robert Needham
- Re-Elected
Mr. W.T. Plummer
- Re-Elected
Mr. Thomas R. Tough
- Re-Elected
Mr. William J. Van der Merwe
- Newly Elected
Mr. Gregory Sasges
- Newly Elected
Consolidated Silver Tusk Mines Ltd. and its Board of Directors would further like to announce the following Board changes,
together with the announcement of the newly appointed officers of the Company, following the Board meeting held on June
25th, 1999.
Resignations:
The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Gregory Sasges as a Director of the Company. Mr. Sasges will, however,
retain his position as the Company's legal counsel. The Company would like to thank Mr. Sasges for his contribution to date.
New Directors:
the Board has unanimously agreed to the election and appointment of Mr. Dennis Hawley to replace the vacant seat left through
the resignation of Mr. Sasges as a Director of the Company.
