That's similar to our own case where there may be seperate state and federal claims. Our counsel didn't want to split them. Whilst the ZSUN case and the BW case aren't exactly the same, they do have similar issues and some common allegations. If defendants proceed via the course of SLAPP, our work over the past few months may help them in many areas. We expect to hear something about the ex parte opposition and bifurcation this week.
