The MM I spoke with at Herzog says trading can begin at any time tomorrow, though for BB stocks it typically doesn't begin before 11:00 a.m. or after 3:30 p.m. (similar to regular IPOs), but that is not set in stone. Based on a BANY valuation for ANYI, ANYI could begin trading at >$12 per share (1.09/8.8% = ~$12.4), or if you assume BANY is already discounted ~50%, then ANYI could be trading in the $25 region, or BANY could be trading at >$2. Neither here nor there, it all begins tomorrow.
