I can't get into your website right now. Why did BW sue you? An anti-SLAPP suit is a good way to go if you are getting sued for speaking out.

FYI to others - SLAPP stands for strategic lawsuit against public participation, basically a suit to shut up critics of a particular issue in violation of their first amendment rights, which is against the law in California and subjects the "SLAPPer" to civil penalties.

[edit] I just got into the website and read the facts. I was laughing so hard I had to wipe the tears from my eyes to keep reading. I didn't read the argument, but will if I get the time. On the surface BW's suit seems to qualify as a SLAPP suit.
