Canadian Chemical Reclaiming Ltd. Announces Successful Startup of Mobile Unit #3
CALGARY, ALBERTA--Mike Fillipoff, President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Chemical Reclaiming Ltd. ("CCR") is pleased to announce the successful startup of CCR's new advanced technology mobile Unit #3 which is now operating at CCR's fixed facility in Brooks, Alberta. Two reclaiming projects have been completed for CCR's customers. Mr. Axel Ehman, President of Mass Search Inc., Modesto, California, the company that conducted the analytical work, commented that the results of the reclaiming and purification of the amines achieved exceptional product quality. This reclaimer is built on two trailers, complete with tractors, (a process trailer and a utility trailer) designed to make it easier to transport. Reclaimer Unit #3 has a nominal capacity to process 500 U.S. gallons per hour of feed chemical and is designed to operate continuously 24 hours per day. The design includes technological improvements developed over the past several years as well as additional distillation capacity and a waste management system to improve product quality and recovery efficiencies. This unit has been designed with state of the art instrumentation, controls, safety and analytical equipment.
