I'm not talking about dangerous jobs as safety (mine work, high steel work, heavy manufacturing, etc.) though men still predominate there. I'm talking about danger of being the victim of violent crime. Some jobs just attract violent crime, such as 24 hour convenience stores at night, liquor stores, and gas stations. IMO, men still predominantly take those jobs at the dangerous hours.
