For those who are interested in technical trading, the chart on DRL is looking quite interesting. We have a gradual climb underway, with a pattern of "ascending tops". This sort of pattern usually indicates accumulation. Shareholders must be thinking there is no reason to sell right now as the company is turning things around and the sale of the company remains a possibility.
