Somehow a 1,000 point rally doesn't befit the nuance between 1/4 point and neutral stance. Well Bill that is only a 10% move. Could go up 50% since he only raised 1/2 as much as some feared. <VBG> Make sense???? Oh well, neither does anything else but it is as good as some of the Bull I see. (Pun intended) Monty
