This is a post I found on Raging Bull today. Well I emailed their IR, and the responses I got were simple but clear. 1. Low interest may be attributed to the fact we are in a bit of a quiet period working on our marketing project - our primary objective for the year is to obtain critical mass to the site by year-end. We are still in an early development stage for the company so it may seem that nothing is happening but with all assurances, we are working extremely hard. 2. We are still in awaiting the response from Nasdaq - very hard to provide an accurate time frame because they only give us vague answers - we anticipate towards the end of July. We also applied under the Nasdaq SmallCap - they have different requirements than the National. 3. As in 1. - it is important to know what our objectives are for the year. Our last press release was on June 24. We have alot of information on the site that goes into great detail about our strategies - I encourage you to visit: suite101.com 4. - We do not have any revenues or earnings expectations for the balance of the year. Once we reach critical mass we will then start to implement our ecommerce model.
