Wes have been surfing and NEON news is quite bad--I am not even remotely a techie,but I know the word IBM,and there are people saying IBM has NEON in deep trouble--shorters are talking about jumping in on this tomorrow and ride it down. Gees,this is one of Red Herrings favorites.
