I prefer this solution to mine, but it requires Si agreement and mine didn't. You get to see it your way no matter which way SI programs it.

I'm wondering why, if you want a link opened in a new browser window, you wouldn't just do it yourself since you suggest that approach to the font issue. It's not much trouble to hit the right mouse button on a link rather than the left. What would be the benefit of SI doing it automatically for all links? And wouldn't we all quickly find ourselves with a whole bunch of open windows?
