Mike,

An off the wall question...

I work for a private company that may be going IPO in the
future. I have stock and assume that I will have restrictions
placed on when I can sell the stock after and IPO.

Are there any good ways to hedge the stock to protect myself
from the stock taking a dive before the the holding period is
up?
