Just read this in your market rap: "In a rumor out of Japan this morning, the press and brokers speculated that Micron has had some quality problems and that the Japanese are likely to be called upon to fill key contracts with well-known PC brands, such as HP. Although this is not confirmed, the DRAM market appears to be in the mood to stir up some price/supply anxiety."
