For the last year that I have been following this stock the posts on this thread haven't changed. Get rid of this person or do this and it will be better. If you can do it better then apply for the job and try otherwise I personally don't think it pays to complain about every little thing. If you believe in the company then buy if you don't then I want another 1K at 0.35 with more hopefully later this week when news on another stock comes out and I can get my price for it.
Now down to what I see as the problems, correct if I am wrong. The bond issue that was suppose to happen didn't, it doesn't really matter why in the end of the day. Financing for small cap companies hasn't been easy in a field (oil patch, manufacturing, ect.) so the next logical step to solve the short term cash flow problem is to sell the building and lease it back. Long term it may be a good move or bad but time will tell. This gives you enough capital to pay off the short term debts and cash for expansion or inventory. At 0.35 it is a better buy then at 0.50 or a buck where everyone on this thread figures it should be. That is my two cents worth.

P.S. There are a great number of small cap companies that lose money year after year and people will still put money into them. These guys are making a profit year after year so what is the problem? Not enough, that will come.
