You are guilty of what I call the "sin of omission" you have purposefully remained ignorant "same as Brubaker" of company press releases of their current status and base your sole opinion on SEC documents. And least you point out your own narrow-minded myopic point of view and give no credence to company PR. Kinda like "My mind is made up, don't confuse me with ALL the facts"... That is why your point of view has little value from my perspective since you have never spoken to, met, or visited any Valence staff, sites or Directors. Phooey on your opinion!!! Especially coming from your genius status...
