GS has rating system, underperform/perform in line/outperform/trading buy/recommended list. Looks like they say speculative buy to me vs BUY vs Strong BUY...everyone else has a BUY on them...I've got time...BWEB neds this breather after the past week...let's consolidate in the 25-28 area and let things take their inevitable course.....UP
