WLD I personally am not prepared to file a suit, it will take months of evidence preparation and gathering up any shareholders that would feel that they have been damaged by naysayer stock bashing post.

The fun about it, that evidence does not go away and the damage has been done! What do you think, RICO or just a staight civil case?
