I was using a relevance (wrong word) that is front of me right now. You are right about the other. I remember there being quite an uproar over Farrakan's remarks, but it may have been where I was looking. From what I have read, he has not toned it down.

As for me, I stay away from the terms PC and unPC, have since I first heard it in the early 80's. For every person that said I was unPC, there was another that said I was PC. I just had opinions and ideas. But I understand what you are saying about some folks shying away from an issue to placate a group or person. Though I remember an uproar, I remember folks doing a lot of shying away, as well.
