<Did MS bought at a bid price>

No, my guess is Morgan Stanley has more to buy and were bidding 3 7/8 at the end of the day... or had so "facilitate" for their customer [ie. sell some of the 1400 for their own account, and were bidding for them back]. The options actually was 3 3/8- 3 5/8 when Morgan came calling... the crowd sold only 20 @ 3 5/8, and traded 1000 at 3 7/8 behind it. So it was definitely Morgan bidding them up, getting aggressive. I heard that various broker dealers and MM's sold... don't really know who those broker dealers represented.

My guess is the stock is going higher... someone wants on board.
