I think I know what they are talking about here:

...unauthorized use of registered trademarks and the selling of products, which embody patented inventions that are the property of Iomega. (snip) ...infringement of two patents and misuse of Iomega's valuable Iomega, Zip, and Jaz registered trademarks.

Castlewood has a web page where they directly compare Iomega products by name with Orb:
castlewoodsystems.com

This sort of product comparison happens all the time in ads. Burger King compares to McDonald's and Big Mac all the time. Apple lampoons Intel Pentium in their "Snail" ads. Pepsi/Coke - don't get me started... IMO, Iomega doesn't have a legal leg to stand on this one.
