I find the tenor of the questions being asked on this thread to be highly offensive. These questions go beyond all boundaries of good taste. Many of the longs have suffered very deep real or paper losses. We are frustrated. It is human nature to look for scapegoats at times like these. But a reality check is indicated. Ditch and Zeev have—up to now—been extraordinarily accurate in their predictions about the PP. I'm not sure either of them know squat about the company's products or business plan. But that does not change the fact that they have been right so far about the financing issues.

I do not look to Ditch and Zeev for information about the deals signed. In fact, on this subject, Zeev has been a source of misinformation, IMO. I cannot remember Ditch being wrong about any of the deals announced because I cannot remember him posting on any other subject other than the financing. I dare say one could read the last 50 posts Ditch wrote and have not the slightest idea what TSIG is or does.

The PP is unquestionably the overriding issue at this point. Yet, it is not the whole, sum total of the company. There are many other things going on. There are many issues that need to be discussed. You can harass Zeev and Ditch until the cows come home, but a much more important question is "Where are the longs?" If you don't like to read Ditch and Zeev, what have you written that is honest, positive, thought-provoking, or (gasp) news?

It is way past time for a lot of people here to grow up and accept the responsibility for their own decisions. If I read one more post about someone calling the SEC, about accusing somebody of being a paid basher, or about—God forbid—the market makers, I'll throw up for sure.

I bought TSIG stock on my own volition. No one forced me at gunpoint to buy. I have a large paper loss at this time. I have read every post ( okay, I skipped some of the lists). I did not heed the warning about the floorless convertible debenture. I am holding at this time with the hope that TSIG is going to find the financing they need, and the stock price is going to recover. If I am wrong and TSIG goes bankrupt, I blame only myself for a very poor investment decision. I'll chalk it up to education—an Ivy League education to be sure. If I lose money, it will have a lot more to do with Robert Gordon than Zeev Hed.

Now on to more fruitful discussion.

Regards, Suzanne
