The Investment Faq on the XYBR web site has been changed in regards to the warrants:

Q. What are the terms of the warrants, when do they expire and will they be extended?
A. As stated in our public filings with the SEC, the warrants have an effective stock price of $6.01 (a payment of $9.00 under the warrants buys 1.5 shares) and they expire on July 19, 1999, which is the first business day after the stated expiration date of July 17, 1999. Unless we make a public announcement to the contrary, that arrangement stands.
