Here's an advance look at the BB stocks that must be fully reporting Aug. 2.

otcbb.com

The ones indicated "fail" will be deleted from OTCBB trading Aug. 3, unless they file a form 10 before then.

I created the following link to show charts etc for all the stocks in the above list that are listed as "fail".

quote.yahoo.com

That's a heck of a long list, but most of those stocks aren't really tradeable, because of a low stock price, lack of volume, or both.

Limiting ourselves to only the stocks trading over $3 and more than 1 k shares traded today, we get only 7 stocks.

AENG AFNT AMIT AMSE AMUT ANIW PWEB

quote.yahoo.com

Among these stocks, two are familiar to me: AENG and PWEB. The latter is a co. in Utah that supposedly sells software that you can use to create your own e commerce site. The shares outstanding is a huge number. Their stock promotion material on their web site was amateurish, when I last looked, and it made some claims about their prospects for revenue and earnings that I thought were highly suspect. I talked on the phone once to the kid who runs the business, and I was very unimpressed.
