As to the press mentioning the race of the killer and the victims I don't see anything wrong with that, particularly in this case where the race was the motive. If an article didn't mention the motive it wouldn't be telling the whole story would it.

What whole story?. Are you press? you sound like it. The story is that one human took another humans life. Is that not bad enough? Shall we take a camera in for a closeup of the blood and guts, would that make it better? I disagree on this completely. There is no reason to mention race ESPECIALLY if it is race motivated. We all belong to one race. Human beings is the name. Any press given to race just makes the next one worse or makes one know that he can get press by the act of killing one of a different color or nationality. When we decide that murder is wrong no matter who what when where or how , then we can start to become what we need to be. Humans that detest murder, which includes abortion. Do you know that in 24 days of conception the heart is beating in a child in the womb? And in just 43 days brain waves can be recorded. BTW, a friend of mine just brought their son home from the hospital after he was prematurely born at 2 lbs 4 oz. I have a picture of an aborted child much bigger, should you care to see him.

And these bills people want to pass calling them "HATE crimes" is the biggest joke yet. ALL murder is HATE. Why in the world does anyone think that it is just a select group that gets the hate moniker. You have immediately branded a new brand of killer and he must live up to a new code to be able to get press cause he won't want to commit just a "regular" murder. He will want a "hateful" murder. Give me a break please..
