OSC, in my business it is called an "ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE" if it is to delisted that is my gamble and my money, and anyone else who likes to play pennies a risk inherent to pennies. Gee SNMM last December was $2.00 to what today $26.00. Belive me I won't whine to you, or anyone else if this stock sits for a while, or even files BK again, you never loose till you sell. Pennies are high risk, this company has at least from my "DD" more going for it than just your normal P&D shell. BTW hi SusieQ into anything else, stocks of course.
