Here comes David Lies, come to misrepresent my position. Mr. Lies is an habitual liar that twists the truth and tells bald faced lies to back up his assertion. Mr. Lies thinks that he can put out an untrue sentence that contains portions of the truth, and then when I point out that his statement is false because of his additions and substitutions he claims I want it both ways. Mr. Lies thinks his statements are just as true in or out of context. Mr. Lies thinks that the word 'defamed' is synonymous with the word 'belittle', at least if it suits his purpose.

"If not true, it can be libel or slander, depending on whether
it is written (libel) or spoken (slander).
"

On the other hand, if not libel or slander, it could be protected speech.

"Clearly, some speech is beyond the protection of the First Amendment."

Clearly. Unfortunately, this is not the case in the ZSUN suit, IMO. Yet another example of sour grapes from someone on the wrong side of an Auric call.
