Hatim,

A few questions.

When was the Canaccord Capital report released (date, time)?

Do you expect Wi-LAN to develop a royalty model similar to Qualcomm's (QCOM) sustaining model in which QCOM receives a percentage of ongoing revenues from companies that make products based on QCOM's intellectual property rights?

Do you think W-OFDM could be used for mobile cell-phones in urban areas operating in the 2.4-2.4835 GHz license-exempt ISM band, assuming the logic could be reduced to ASIC's or equivalent?

One thing of interest. Recently, I was reading about Wi-LAN's contract with Telia of Stockholm. Then today I read that Ericsson won a contract with AOL to develop advance fiber communication in Stockholm. The other day I was reading that Microsoft closed a deal to buy wireless Sendit in Stockholm. Must be an interesting place.

Regards,

John
