Hi Zeev, the first person among the other PP holders LeShufy should talk to IMO regarding removing the floorless feature in exchange for a ceiling is Bernie Deutsch (and family) based on the following: www3.techstocks.com. " He said it would be ridiculous for him to alter the conversion formula of his debt as Marty requested because the other PP holders wouldn't."
