The company is an E-commerce site, offering customized music CD compilations. Musicmaker.com reported a 1998 revenue of $74,028 and a 1998 net income (loss) of $4,654,767. Mr. Bernardi previously held executive management positions with MCI Communications Corporation, Mobil Corporation, MITRE Corporation and Booz, Allen & Hamilton, a consulting firm. At PictureTel, he was a director and co-founder of this independent full motion telephone-based videoconferencing system.
