Any idea how long it would take before a competing ISP is actually providing service over cable lines in Canada? Do the competitors need to build an athm like infrastructure? Or, would they pay an access fee to the MSO and to Athm for use of the various equipment components? How would they divide up the access fee between athm and the MSO? I suspect that Athm would get at least the equivalent economic deal on access charges as the other ISP's, however, is it possible for athm to get a better deal and how would that be configured? Is there a right for the Canadian MSO to challenge the ruling and tie it up in the courts and how long will that likely take? What is likelihood of a legal challenge? Thanks
