Rhombic Corporation - Synopsis of Goals:

Rhombic is a corporation which has acquired during the past few years
numerous leading edge technologies including the following:

* Inertial Electrostatic Confinement (IEC) neutron generator which is being
commercialized by Daimler-Chrysler Aerospace whereby Rhombic receives a
royalty for the rights to develop, manufacture, and market the IEC
technology. The IEC is being marketed by DASA under the name FusionStar.
Neutrons are
subatomic particles with no electric charge that have an extraordinary range
of uses such as: 1) To analyze materials, neutrons can be used to identify
most common elements in a matter of seconds versus chemical analysis which
can take hours 2) Neutrons help scientists to work out the structure of new
molecules and crystals 3) Neutron particle beams are being used for cancer
treatment and I have been told that the IEC unit has now surpassed 10^9 power
neutrons per second, which is powerful enough for that purpose 4) Mining
companies can use the neutron generator to spot impurities in ores while
still in the process of being mined 5) Specialized metal smelters will use
them to monitor the composition and quality of metal alloys in real time.

Other Practical Applications for IEC Technology
•Experimentation with fusion at university laboratories •Analysis of mineral
quality in the coal, cement and similar industries •Exploration for minerals
and oil •Detection of non-metallic antipersonnel mines (land mines)
•Combustion and gasification •Generation of electrical energy •Detection of
contraband at airports, bus stops, train stations and similar areas

Until now neutrons have been extremely dangerous and difficult to generate
and required the use of a nuclear reactor or a high powered particle
accelerator to do the job and neutron analysis could only take place by
utilizing the expert facilities of a very few specialised laboratories. The
IEC unit produces neutrons more cheaply and safely than existing methods.

* Forced Diffusion Diamond Process (N-type films) is a proprietary technology
more powerful and considerably more resistant to heat and radiation then
silicon. A computer chip made with the forced diamond diffusion process can
operate hundreds of times faster than silicon and extend indefinitely the
life of electronic circuitry. This means not only ultra fast integrated
circuits and chips, but also diamond diodes and switches, resulting in a
complete revolution of today's computers. There is presently a six weeks
feasability study being produced by three major computer corporations on the
applications and economic viability of the forced diamond diffusion
technology which is nearing completion.
With the release of the Patent "Field Enhanced Diffusion Using Optical
Activation", Rhombic Corporation is preparing to establish its first
manufacturing/laboratory site at Columbia, Missouri, to produce Positive (P)
type diamond film, and to finalize the development of Negative (N) type
diamond.

By diffusing certain elements into the diamond interstices, Rhombic has
already created a number of integrated N-type diamond circuits, and has
immediate plans to produce diamond diodes and switches. Diamond is unique

The Wall St. Journal reports in its Wednesday edition that Pentagon officials are in talks with European governments and leading European defence companies to encourage trans-Atlantic mergers and other co-operative agreements. To signal their openness to these possible transactions, Pentagon officials are meeting with executives of the largest European defence companies, such as DaimlerChrysler AG's aerospace unit, and with representatives of the governments of Britain, Germany, France and Italy. Jacques Gassler, the Pentagon's top acquisition official, said he is now moving toward trying a more "case-by-case" approach. His remarks represent the clearest characterization to date of the Pentagon's emerging policy in an increasingly high-profile area. He noted that there has been some confusion as to where the Pentagon stands. That is partly because over the past year it has nixed several major proposed domestic defence combinations, including Lockheed Martin Corp.'s efforts to take over Northrop Grumman Corp., and offers by General Dynamics Corp. and Litton Industries Inc. to buy Newport News Shipbuilding Inc.

R.G.B.I like your math for the$100,000,000 but I ask you to re-interpolate the .28 cents by using the 19,500,000 shares outstanding and then apply a 20 PE to see if you fall down on the floor , roll and toss and say WOW!!!$100 bucks! GGF !! Right?(per Share)
( NOTE 1999- GGF relates to the Michael Murphy Formulae that I studied back in 1997 - he is that Newsletter Writer that want $600 for 2 years of PICKS; whereas I say, just put that money into a growth stock like NUKE- RHOMBIC and see this guy in 2 years to compare and contrst the rewards:

There are metals in the alluvials and they are in larger quataties than the average of the Carlin trend. They are there so their must be a CUSTOM MILLING that must be R&D'ed to form an extraction method that is true to economies to scale for LARGE BULK TONNAGES. A market and thus, marketability is based upon several factors here for the future. IT WILL NOT BE BASED UPON DRILLS and Chain of Custody, yet will only relate to the Economies od Scale all based upon scaracity. The runs can sometimes be nil, as the treatments, pre and post, can be economic ON AVERAGE. There is no need for a LeDoux yet maybe an average of Modified Fire assay of the Cons can make a difference to investors, to be patient. I hope that the subtle differances in these sentances are not too confusing.
Will this buck stock go up based on true value. I think so. Will your favories go up based upon value, I hope so. Value added is all that needs to be reseached. THE GREAT BASIN GOLD DISCOVERY

A new and abundant of gold has been discovered. The gold occurs as sulfate salt-encapsultated micron gold. ln nature it is found in hematite (hydrated iron oxide) sand, but it can also be found in the sulfide tailings of copper and gold ores. It has remained hidden from man's fire assay gold gold analysis as the acid salt reacts with the sodium carbonate the fire assay flux to generate large volumes of carbon dioxide gas whiich propel the encapsulated gold as a froth to the top of the assay cup which it cannot be entrapped by the ccouring lead in the flux. It lead in the flux ( known as "acid slag effect" in assay and mining journalss ). The encapsulation blocks the gold frpm vision, as well as...causing numerous analytical difficulties. However, once salt has been removed ( Patent Pending) the gold is assayable by Certified Fire Assay!

ice, and that once again the "experts" are wrong. However, this ice age is not the one that is believed to have created the massive hematite gold deposits. The geological Pleistocene era which created the Great Basin and which ended 30,000 years ago, is believed tc be responsible for the numerous and massive gold deposits.

The first question that must be answered is where did all of the gold come from ??
The geologist only has explanations for deposits only a tiny fraction of the size of the hematite deposits. Thus unpublished explanations must be postulated To begin with, we know that gold comes from the molten bowels of the Earth. Most of the massive gold deposits known today exist thousands of feet below the surface in Pre-Cambrian Rock (over 500,000,000 years old). The real question to be answered is how did such a massive amount of such gold-enriched Pre-Cambrian rock end up on the surface as hematite sand? When we look today at the most massive surface deposit of gold that is known to exist today, we are Jooking at the Carlin trend which was produced by a massive fault, which lifted the lower Pre-Cambrian ore to the surface, and then flipped over (on its belly) exposing all of the ore at the surface. Any layman would expect that what has proven to happen once geologically, must have happened many times before. Then where are the other Carlins?

Lets suppose, just for the sake of argument, that hundreds of Carlins existed in the northern United States and Canada in pre-glacial times. When the glaciers came, they would have ground up these Carl in-type deposits. The amount of ice was so massive that it lowered the surface of the oceans about 650 feet. Thus when this massive amount of ice melted, it released oceans of water, which was trapped by the mountain ranges in the western United States. This forced the turbulent flow of water and gold bearing PreCambrian rock debris to pass into the Great Basin creating huge lakes. The flowing water flushed the lighter minerals south into Mexico and the Pacific ocean..

The next question to be answered is how did a granitic Pre-Cambric rock end up as a hematite sand? The answer lies in the science of mineral diagenesis, which is a fancy name for the study of how minerals are altered when exposed to the changing environments of nature. If a gold-rich granitic rock is ground up in the laboratory and flushed with large volumes of water for several years, the result would be a hematite residue containing gold. The octehedral micron gold would have been liberated from the suICides as they oxidized, under water, into sulfates. and the resulting sulfuric acid would have reacted with the carbonates to liberate the calcium. The result would be a positively surface charged octahedral gold crystal being surrounded by the negatively charged sulfate ion which subsequently attracts the positively charged calcium ion. resulting in the encapsulation by precipitation of calcium sulfate around the gold. In nature, the oceans of turbulent water move the micron gold as if it were an ion. thus resulting in a relatively even widespread deposit. The breaking ice jams result in the liberation of water tidal waves that flush the clays, generated by the hydration of the granitic feldspars, as well as the soluble salts, south through Mexico and into the Pacific ocean. In summary, the mineral alteration procedure produced by nature can be duplicated in the laboratory, and thus <<the proposed postulation Is viable.>>
