Tom, I'm tired. I don't understand why you are viewing this through favorable eyes. IMVVVHO he either made mistakes or manipulated the situation for personal gain. I think both. I can speculate all I want. Thank-you. I wasn't trying to make a bunch of causal linkages. I was simply stating facts and speculating on reason - again not trying to link them all together. R&D is high. Benhamou needs to finance it. I don't think that has anything to do with causing the price to drop, except that during the confusion he slipped it in. And your numbers are way way low on option awards. Try many millions of dollars, not 500k, and it's not just him either. Best of luck trading. Hope your stocks go up! Happy to not have traded insults; although, I acknowledge that you've made a few.
