Tim, that's a great site. It's a terrific Clintonesque denial.

Micron's DRAM operation in Boise, Idaho, today denied there was any problem whatever with its memory production.

But the rumors weren't about the Boise ops were they?

Rumours had circulated for the whole of the day that there was a major problem with its fabrication process but they were firmly squashed by a representative we spoke to.

She said: "We have not had any significant returns of memory."

Why would the Boise ops. have "significant" returns if the problem is happening elsewhere?

There's an interesting cultural difference in the headline:

Micron says it has no problems with memories, whatever

Micron says it has no problems with memories?

Yeah, whatever <g>

Good trading,

Tom
