To all present and former shareholders in NPEC, MDIN, MDHM, CDCH: ever wanted to see the real books? If you would be interested in joining a shareholders suit against NPEC and MDHM, send me a PM. Don't tell me who you are or how many shares you hold or anything like that. I value my privacy, and I don't expect you to violate your own privacy. For now I just need some idea of how many investors would be interested in this. If you have non-SI friends who also "invested" and they would interested, you can give me a number. Handshake is right about one thing; these things do take a little time - but at least I can get the clock ticking. Shoot, I don't even know if a firm would touch anything involving a soon to be delisted BB, but I can try. Feel free to pass this message along.
