Today NRV announced a private placement of over 900,000 stock options at a price of $0.21 and issuance of 886,840 shares for dept settlement of $186,000. NRV said that exploration plans are being made for the ROX gold prospect and the Jacobie Lake copper-gold prospect for this field season. These will be the first of their 7 properties to be worked this year.
