<<Unfortunately, the US Postal Service seems to be in agreement with the vendor.>>

Go back and read the article Duncan posted. The postal service says it was paid the postage due for all the items mailed by this company, based on the postal services estimates and records. Period. "We were paid for what they brought over here."

The items mailed count per the postal service is apparently less than what the company has billed to AOL. Substantially less.

AOL says, "show me where you performed. Reconcile this difference" . The company apparently can't, and has responded "trust my higher internal number, not those postal service estimates".

What would you do, if you had been using this subcontractor?

Incidentally, I understand Case is eager to crank up the marketing machine once again, once capacity permits. Looks like it will be thru a different medium, or thru a different and better managed subcontractor.
