In regards to homogeneity. We have no way of knowing that the results won't be homogeneous once mining starts. It could be that the grades are homogeneous at given distances from the source and that the grade of the very distant portions is somewhat poor. This has been hinted at from some of the CF results and WSP staff.
At what sample size do you expect homogeneity? If we were to take samples shovel full by shovel full I am sure that no one would expect consistency. Perhaps 3000 tonnes is no way to ensure consistency because of the presence of large stone which skew the value. If there were many small stones of equal value the results would be more predictable but even at the 3000 tonne level if a 30 carat stone pops up it might skew the results by $40 to $50 dollars per tonne.
