Why run away so fast?

Unless I'm missing something, you can have $10.50 Cash next week for your SFLX shares. They're selling at a 10% discount to that today.

Where else do you have an almost zero risk 10% return almost guaranteed. And that return will occur in less than 3 months.

[closing is not next week, tender is next week]

Shares were trading at 3 last week. Most shareholders will willingly accept $10.50

I just can't see any risk that this deal won't happen at the offered price or better. And it doesn't appear that a better price is going to appear.
