court said that'll be a 2 yr. wait minimum. If the magistrate denies a stay, its bumped up to the ninth court for jury trial...another
2 yr wait. Either way Shell, even after all that, the stock is restricted, you can't violate SEC regs by registering the bogus stock
you EDUCATOR.
the order was issued to 'register' the 224k shares out of Wanda Kricfalusi's name into Nextech's. there was a hearing
regarding the transfering of this stock into Nextech's name, AZNT was given a deadline to this ( this is the court order you 2
cretins posted) . Now Shell, tell us about the letter Nextech's attorney sent to AZNT. He stated the stock "MUST BE
REGISTERED"...where in that court order PROFESSIONAL RESEARCHER does it say the stock must be "registered"? The
order NEVER said that, only the letter did. SEC rules would over rule such an order even if the court did make it.
Regardless, AZNT issues the stock without a legend, Nextech's attorney turns it over to our good friend TORREY PINES, that
right, AZNT's new MM? Now we start to learn why PINE is making a market in AZNT, don't we?
Nextech's lawyer demands the stock be registered, but theres' no court order for that, that would violate SEC regs. In fact, a
SEC attorney concurred with this.
The stock makes its way to Paine Weber for clearing, Weber sends it to the TA to get it into street name. The TA REJECTS
IT! LOL !AND....PUTS A LEGEND ON IT, its' restricted stock you cretin! And then its sent back to PW.
Turns out T PINE is short then doesn't it?
Second hearing was for the contempt of court, for not sending this stock back registered.
Where does that leave us Shell ? AZNT issued another 224k shares to be held in the posession of the court. Its sitting in the
court waiting for 2 things to occur..
If AZNT recieves the stay , we'll have a trial with Hayden, court says thats 2 yrs. down the line. In the first hearing no evidence
was submitted, that'll change..discovery time & kiss of death for Nextech & Charlie. If the stay is denied, we go to the ninth
court for jury trial, discovery & another kiss of death for Charlie & nextech.
