mark, contrary to David Lies' distortions, I recognize that the First Amendment does not protect all speech. The allegations in the lawsuit are just that, allegations. I will agree that if there was a doctored press release posted there may be a cause of action against that poster. I'm sure you've read all my posts with a most unbiased eye. Unfortunately for those who claim that I am not a respected poster, I know otherwise. Barb
