IMHO the money that ET&T had to buy 2000000 shares of ECNC is used for a lone to pay back the Canshorters {it means that they are Canedian and they Can short:-)}
I think that Tom was planning to buy the shares with ET&T to make profit with his other Cy. But because he LOVES ;-) the shareholders he used the money for the loan.

And by the way I am rich of 7k more of ECNC today!!
