Geoff, I suspect that the risk of the deal falling through is minimal. From the speed of the offer after the investment banker was hired, it appears that this is a done deal. The investment banker was hired to reduce the probability of a successful class action suit. Just another "i" dotted or "t" crossed. Ian.
