If this is anything like the GLCP reverse a year ago, the day after the "exchange" of shares the bid will be very low and the ask very high. Depending on the ratio of buys to sells, the spread will narrow either closer to the bid or the ask.

I expect the MM's to view the 25 MM new shares in a not too favorable light (66 * 25,000,000 new shares = 1,650,000,000 old shares).

(I'm not a shareholder, just lurking and learning -- oh, and going for the grub (grin)).
