I have seen this talk before in other stocks after they were battered down. In reality though I have seen a stock recover after the firm in question did a spin for example. But then again I once held a stock at $7 that had just seen $20 and then tanked to $3 and all the talk of takeover this and that has faded into the past and the stock stills sit wounded with little interest. Anyway, the jury is out on COMS stock but how low can it go as a broker once asked me years ago (regarding then IBM). But you'd think they announced bad earnings the way COMS stock is acting in the face of pretty nice market conditions. Heck even with a % 6 3/4 rate what's the difference as I remember when rates were double digits so at %6.06 what's the big deal ?

Thanks
