Sorry I left you out of the poem. I was tempted to throw in a line of two but thought it was already too long.

Something like:

And Goalie posts from Lotus Land
That for the Board Vaughn's name should stand
He knows our needs, he'll get thing done
No more our shares will the market shun

I am sure most agree the elected slate will make the needed changes.
