I really would have expected more from a rebuttal. Why? The Barron's effect theory indicates that virtually any response from the company in question is good for 10-25% bump up in price. Case in point: BWT last week. This should be good for all involved if they are aware of the Barron's effect theory. Longs get one last chance to bail, and shorts will have a chance to re-enter at higher prices.
