That's a really small pp this time. What confuses me is that the last pp was done at approximately the market price of $1.30 while the stock was trending down and now they do this tiny pp at way below market after the price moves up a bit. Seems strange. I hope they're doing somebody a favour letting him/her in cheap before something happens.
