I bought in at the IPO @ $14.00. I doubled my position @ $7.25. Since then I have been accumulating on any weakness. This company has continually exceeded all analyst expectations and is poised for a blockbuster September 9th, 1999 through December 25, 1999 run. I'm glad to have a final chance at a few cheap shares.
It is only common sense that the company is going pull out all the stops, to enhance share value over the next several weeks, because come July 28th, top executives and key employees alike are going to want to see their options (priced at $14.00) worth an amount significantly higher than the current price, to reflect all their hard work and the banner year they have had since going public. Of course, this is IMHO. Serious investors should always do their own research.
The IGN, E-Game, and CNET partnerships are just more indications of the company's forward thinking. I am also very excited at the prospects for their first EB-Kids store opening in September. Late word is that the new (state of the art) E-Commerce call center in LasVegas is proceeding on scheduled and should be on-line in plenty of time to handle the blitz that is coming September through Christmas. I'm getting long winded but I guess you can tell I think we have a real winner here.
All the best to you with your investments.
