I wonder how many people will fork out $40 a month for inet access even via superfast cable as ATHM is promising. For a user who gets onto the net for maybe 20-30 minutes a day, what good will the superfast access be? I am sure with more slick apps out there, people's taste and viewing habits will change in favor of the streaming multimedia fast apps. But there will be a core group of users who will be unwilling to shell out the extra 20 bucks a month for this. And to top that ATHM requires cable - well this kind of rules out the households with no cable (which is quite a few. Just my 2 cents.
